Immobene AG is a Bern-based real estate company that offers real estate management, brokerage and general contracting services. The aim of the project was to create a modern, clear and trustworthy digital presence that not only reflects the company’s brand values, but also allows customers to easily search for and enquire about properties.
A key part of the project was the integration of a real estate advertising system that is automatically connected to Immobene’s real estate dashboard. This allows the team to upload and manage their properties centrally, while the website displays all listings in real time.
The project requirements, including the CMS structure, dashboard integration, hosting setup and performance expectations, were defined and implemented as part of the official development and support contracts.
